Santa Barbara, CA

We went to Santa Barbara for the weekend with our husbands and had so much fun exploring the city, have the freshest seafood at Brophy Brother’s and luxuriating at El Encanto.

Lunch at El Encanto was simply wonderful, perched high above the town, the views and incredible and the food delicious.

We spent the day sipping cocktails and playing cards on our generously sized deck. We stayed in room 2201 which was outfitted with a fireplace and heated floors, though we didn’t need them for this stay in the summer. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and there is something so relaxing about being up above the town and enjoying the spectacular views of the coast. The hotel also has e-bikes available to ride around town, you’ll definitely need the extra power to ride back up the hill!
